Biopeak: India’s Longevity Powerhouse — How Repeated Venture Backing Is Redefining Preventive Health

Biopeak: India’s Longevity Powerhouse — How Repeated Venture Backing Is Redefining Preventive Health

From Bengaluru clinic to national scale — the startup transforming health into long-term optimisation with cutting-edge science and AI.

In a world where traditional healthcare often reacts to illness, Biopeak is championing a proactive approach — one that anticipates risk, deepens understanding of human biology, and helps people live healthier for longer. With repeated funding from high-profile backers and continued clinical expansion, the Bengaluru-based longevity startup is reshaping how preventive care is delivered in India.

A Strong Funding Trajectory: Follow-On Investment Signals Confidence

In January 2026, Biopeak secured $2.7 million in a follow-on funding round, led by NKSquared — the investment vehicle of Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath. This investment follows Kamath’s earlier angel contribution of $1.43 million, reflecting strong investor confidence in the company’s vision and execution.

The new capital will be used to expand clinical operations, including planned new clinics, enhance proprietary AI-based diagnostic tools, and broaden research and clinical programme capabilities. Biopeak is also recruiting talent across clinical, product, research, and operations functions while strengthening relationships with global clinical advisors to refine and scale evidence-based care protocols.

Earlier in 2025, Biopeak raised $3 million in seed funding from leading investors including Claypond Capital (Ranjan Pai’s family office), Accel India co-founder Prashanth Prakash, and Rainmatter (Zerodha’s investment arm). That round helped launch Biopeak’s first longevity clinic and accelerate development of its AI-driven care delivery platform.

A New Paradigm in Health: Preventive, Precise, and Personalised

Founded in 2025 by Rishi Pardal and Shiva Subramanian, Biopeak launched India’s first full-stack longevity clinic in Bengaluru, with a mission to move healthcare from reactionary to predictive and personalised. Its approach is grounded in deep diagnostics — combining molecular tests, advanced imaging, genomics, multiomic profiling and functional assessments — to understand each person’s physiological state holistically.

Unlike traditional clinics that treat symptoms, Biopeak’s model interprets over 130 biomarkers including microbiome mapping, hormone analysis, VO₂ max testing, and epigenetic insights to create a detailed biological map. This allows clinicians to detect emerging risks early, design precision intervention plans, and track progress over time with regular follow-ups.

Biopeak calls its goal “unlocking limitless living” — not merely extending lifespan, but ensuring a higher quality of life through continuous optimisation of health and performance.

 Clinical Expansion and Real-World Engagement

Since launching its first clinic in Bengaluru, Biopeak has steadily expanded its clinical footprint and community impact:

  • Planned second clinic — With funding and operational momentum, Biopeak has announced plans to launch a second longevity centre, broadening access to its preventive care model in more urban hubs.

  • Community and lifestyle engagement — Biopeak recently served as the exclusive longevity partner at the Peakst8 Festival 2026 in Bengaluru, bringing science-aligned health experiences and longevity education to thousands of participants through immersive health and recovery showcases.

Biopeak’s presence at events like Peakst8 illustrates how longevity care is becoming part of lifestyle and cultural conversations, not just clinical settings — a shift that highlights increased awareness of proactive health strategies.

 Why Biopeak’s Approach Matters Now

India’s healthcare system has been traditionally oriented toward acute, episodic care — focusing on immediate treatment rather than continuous health optimisation. But rising lifestyle diseases, ageing populations, and growing health consciousness have created a demand for services that go beyond periodic checkups.

Biopeak’s model integrates advanced AI-driven analytics, deep biological insights, and multidisciplinary specialist care, enabling:

  • Early detection of latent risks

  • Personalised health plans informed by multiomic and imaging data

  • Longitudinal tracking with adaptive interventions

This blend of science and personalised support fundamentally shifts care from reactive to predictive, opening up new possibilities for healthspan improvement in India’s urban populations.

Strategic Vision: Partnerships and Protocol Development

Biopeak is also expanding its scientific foundations and partnerships. For example, in October 2025, it announced a strategic collaboration with Austria’s Modern Mayr Medicine, integrating traditional preventive health practices with modern diagnostics and personalization frameworks tailored to Indian biological and lifestyle profiles.

This collaboration reflects Biopeak’s commitment to evidence-based longevity programmes that blend global expertise with local relevance, enhancing both clinical depth and cultural applicability.

 What’s Ahead for Biopeak

With repeat funding and a growing clinical network, Biopeak is poised to:

  • Scale clinics across major Indian metros with refined diagnostic and care delivery protocols.

  • Advance AI-powered insights that enhance predictive health modelling and personalised intervention strategies.

  • Expand research initiatives by building longitudinal datasets that inform new preventive health frameworks and outcomes.

  • Attract global clinical talent and advisory expertise to further elevate care standards and protocols.

These strategic priorities position Biopeak not just as a clinic operator, but as a technology-enabled ecosystem for long-term health optimisation — one that could reshape preventive healthcare in India and beyond.

Conclusion — Longevity as a Movement, Not Just a Service

Biopeak’s journey — from seed funding and clinic launch to repeat venture backing and cultural engagement — underscores a growing shift in health consciousness. With a robust clinical model, advanced diagnostics, AI integration, and global partnerships, the company is building a health system that emphasises quality of life, resilience, and proactive care.

As longevity science gains traction and preventive care becomes mainstream, Biopeak’s model may well define the next era of personalised healthcare — where understanding your biology deeply leads to sustained well-being, long before disease ever appears.
